Mamnoon.ai provides real-time translation services for video calls and text communication. Our service includes:

Real-time voice-to-text translation
Text message translation
Video conferencing integration
Session transcripts

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to use our service
You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a free trial with limited features. No credit card is required for the trial.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
Cancel anytime through your account settings or Stripe billing portal

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted to support@mamnoon.ai.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Mamnoon.ai to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Harass, threaten, or harm others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Use automated systems to access the service without permission
Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

            Important: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
        

6. Translation Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy, machine translation is not perfect. You acknowledge that:

Translations may contain errors or inaccuracies
Our service should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions
Professional human translation may be required for legal, medical, or official documents
We are not liable for damages arising from translation errors

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

Mamnoon.ai and its contents (software, design, logos, text) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for translation purposes only. We do not claim ownership of your translations.

9. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party providers (Stripe, Azure, Daily.co). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAMNOON.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mamnoon.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

You may terminate your account at any time
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. EU consumers may bring proceedings in their local courts.
